1. Introduction & Agreement

• You are permitted to hold only one (1) pk22 account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. pk22 may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity (KYC).
• You must not be acting on behalf of another party or in a professional gambling capacity when using pk22 services for personal entertainment.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk22 supports a range of popular Bangladesh payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing straightforward for our players. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfers. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum & Maximum Limits

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the following general rules and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and may only be used on qualifying games as specified in the individual offer.

5. Prohibited Activities & Platform Integrity

Players must not engage in any of the following:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multi-player games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings derived from platform errors are void and will be reversed.

Money Laundering

Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime is strictly forbidden. pk22 actively monitors transaction patterns and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Players found to be engaging in such activities will have their accounts permanently closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

• Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

pk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity involving your pk22 account.
• At the player's own request — you may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are also honored immediately.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment and digital services in the jurisdiction in which pk22 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body designated by pk22.
